BSOSS Caregivers Program

Are you a caregiver for someone who needs your help?
Do you look after a relative, partner, friend or neighbor who would not manage well without your help and support?

If you provide unpaid support to a relative, partner or friend who is ill, frail, disabled or has mental health or substance misuse problems, you are a caregiver.

You might feel that you are doing what anyone else would do in your situation: for example, looking after your mother, your father, your adult child, or any other family member, or friend, or neighbor. Our Caregiver Program offers information which may help to alleviate or better manage the stress of caregiving. It may also improve the quality of life of the person receiving the care you provide.
